At Pretty Busy Cabinet Company, we design and build high-end custom cabinetry that makes pretty spaces for your busy places. From kitchens to closets, laundry to garage, our craftsmanship, customer service, and attention to detail set us apart. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven, relationship-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively seek out and develop new business with builders, designers, remodelers, and homeowners
  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and provide design recommendations
  • Prepare and present quotes, design options, and proposals that align with client visions
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent communication
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent our brand

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (experience in cabinetry, construction, or home design is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to read plans/blueprints and understand construction terminology
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
